About PrimeVital
PrimeVital is a health and fitness publication built for men over 40. Every article we publish cites peer-reviewed studies, medical guidelines, and expert sources. We cover strength training, nutrition, hormone health, sleep, longevity, and supplements — the topics that matter most to men in their 40s and 50s.
We started PrimeVital because most health content online falls into one of two categories: generic advice that ignores the realities of aging, or fear-mongering designed to sell supplements. Neither serves men who want straight answers backed by data.
What We Believe

Our Standards
Every article on PrimeVital follows a strict editorial process. We research using PubMed, medical society guidelines (Endocrine Society, ACSM, AHA), and government health databases (NIH, CDC). We cite our sources so you can verify the claims yourself. We do not accept sponsored content or affiliate payments that would compromise our editorial independence.
